1) Draw a rectangle that will define the conditional proportions and boundaries of the chosen drawing.
2) From the middle of the rectangle, draw one vertical and one horizontal line equally dividing the shape.
3) Draw another horizontal line equally dividing the upper half of the rectangle. Similarly, draw a horizontal line equally dividing the bottom half of the rectangle.
4) Draw a vertical line equally dividing the left half of the rectangle. Similarly, draw a vertical line equally dividing the right half of the rectangle.

Mark off the width and height of the picture. Add guidelines for the Lancaster Bomber.

Step 2

Draw the shape of the fuselage, wings and tail.

Step 3

Draw the shapes of the wings of the Lancaster Bomber.

Step 4

Add the front parts of the engines, stabilizers.

Step 5

Draw the shapes of the engines, spinners and cabin of the Lancaster bomber.

Step 6

Draw the spinners. Detail the engines and fuselage.

Step 7

Draw the propellers and wheel of the Lancaster Bomber. Detail the engines more.

Step 8

Contour the Lancaster Bomber, trying to vary the thickness and darkness of the line. Add more detail and add clouds. Erase all guidelines.
