When printing you can try choosing landscape layout for better placement on A4 paper
1) Draw a rectangle that will define the conditional proportions and boundaries of the chosen drawing.
2) From the middle of the rectangle, draw one vertical and one horizontal line equally dividing the shape.
3) Draw another horizontal line equally dividing the upper half of the rectangle. Similarly, draw a horizontal line equally dividing the bottom half of the rectangle.
4) Draw a vertical line equally dividing the left half of the rectangle. Similarly, draw a vertical line equally dividing the right half of the rectangle.
Mark off the width and height of the picture. Draw a circle for the head and an oval for the body of the fur seal. Add a line that will act as a center of the head.
Define the muzzle and neck.
Draw guidelines for flippers and the body.
Outline the shape of the face and the rest of the neck.
Draw, with light lines, a snout and the features of the seal’s face.
Define the eyes. Add more lines to show the shape of the seal’s head and flippers.
Draw more carefully the eyes and nose.
Add more details. Contour, adding some snow. Erase all the guidelines.
