Step 1

Determine the desired size of the animal you want to draw.
Draw a circle and an Oval that will correspond to your wolf’s head and body respectively.

Step 2

Using light strokes, mark the paws, belly and a chest.
Draw a line of symmetry on the face.

Step 3

With the help of your symmetry line, draw the animal’s eyes, ears and nose. Afterwards, draw a tail at the back side of the wolf.

Step 4

Finish your work on the wolf’s paws.

Step 5

Work attentively with the wolf’s fur. Make it longer or shorter depending on your preference. Short slanted strokes will make an illusion of a furry wolf.

Step 6

Contour, trying to vary the thickness and blackness of the line. Do not forget to erase unnecessary lines and intensify your fur strokes. Afterwards, your wolf is ready!
